The Silver Willow Gallery is a juried facility for consigned items. Samples of your work are preferred, and you may mail them to us (please include a SASE to we may return them to you) or drop them off at the gallery at your convenience. Photographs may be submitted for initial review by mail or email.

Please submit the following information with your samples or photographs (download application form):

• Name
• Contact information (address, phone, and/or email address)
• Your website URL if you have one
• Your craft or medium
• The approximate price range for your items

You will be notified of your application status within one business week.
